People and Culture Consultant
Hannah worked part time for JL-TC as an Administrative Co-ordinator between 2008 and 2012, whilst studying for her English Literature degree from Swansea University. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for business and getting the best out of people. After graduation, Hannah joined the Talent Development team in Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water and worked there for two years (2012-2014) whilst studying for an MSc Human Resources Management from University of South Wales in the evenings. Having also completed her CIPD Level 7 qualification in July, Hannah re-joined JL-TC in August 2014. Hannah specialises in Talent Management, Performance Management, People Data and is currently working towards professional chartership.
Hannah is involved in measuring outcomes and impact, design and delivery of leadership development, coaching, data analysis and design, and implementation of people management strategies. Hannah is an Investors in People Practitioner, and a lecturer for CIPD qualifications across levels 3, 5 and 7.
