Alison joined JL-TC in March 2019 and brought with her a wealth of skills and experience in financial management, line management and Human Resources.
Ali worked in Local Government for 33 years and in the Construction Industry for two years prior to joining JL-TC. Ali’s work experience includes budget setting, forecasting, and management, creation and implementation of policies and procedures, and team management.
Alison’s work now involves ensuring that Jackie and Hannah’s projects are succeeding, that there’s money in the bank and Diet Coke in the fridge.
“The things I do for this business have an impact on the client further down the line so I want to offer the best quality and attention to detail – ensuring there’s consistently high standards from start to finish.”
